I book a solid amount of time for each client and always appreciate 48 hours notice in the event you'd like to cancel so that I may offer the time to a guest on my waiting list. I understand that some life events are beyond our control (myself included) and in the event you cannot give me 48 hours notice, I will try to reschedule you as close to your prior appointment as possible.
If you cancel your scheduled appointment with me 2 or more times without a minimum of 24 hours notice, I will then require a 100% non-refundable prepayment for any future appointments via credit card prior to scheduling your next appointment.
I myself am a working mother of 3 children and on occasion, I may have to cancel and reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. If this should happen, I make every effort to move your appointment to my next day off. Please know that rescheduling your appointment will remain a priority for me in this circumstance.
If you are a first-time guest please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This extra time is to fill out paperwork, get acquainted with the building, enjoy a beverage and/or use the restroom. I ask that during your actual service, only emergency cell phone calls be attended to. Please keep your phone on vibrate so as not to disturb other guests in the facility. Regretfully, I ask that children not be brought along to appointments unless they too are receiving a service; as this can detract from yours and other guest's experience. I ask that you do not bring guests along for your appointment, but if you have a friend or family member accompany you, they are more than welcome to enjoy our waiting area with free wifi and coffee. Please, I appreciate being asked before video is taken.
When E-mailing me for an appointment please include back and side photos of your hair and a list of ALL of the products you are currently using. To avoid added fees or rescheduling of your appointment please arrive with your hair freshly cleansed, detangled, dry, and worn down.
Special Orders and Purchasing Prouducts
I can order products ahead of time for you in larger sizes. If you special order these items, pre-payment over the phone is required. The same is required when special ordering any tool or product from me during your visit. Getting these items to you expediently is a priority for me and you will be contacted as soon as they arrive.
My shop in general is compact. I am very sensitive to heavy perfume/cologne/cigarette smoke, as I am prone to migraines. Please be mindful of this when you come in.
I ask that you be mindful that others may be able to hear our conversations. I try to keep a very positive and tranquil atmosphere for my guests.
Use the time you have with me to learn about your hair and ask questions! I love to be of service to you and if I do not know the answer, I will find out for you!
Finally, please answer all of my questions honestly. I cannot help your hair situation if I do not have your full product and chemical history! My shop is curl- friendly and everything I ask of you is in the best interest of your beautiful curls!
